1. What This Website Is

This private reference site operates independently of all government offices. We neither store official criminal files nor retrieve records, conduct official checks, or submit documents for a user.

Our content identifies the Valley County Sheriff, the County and District Courts, the Nebraska State Patrol Criminal Identification Division, and the Nebraska Sex Offender Registry as distinct official sources. Some pages also display tools operated by third parties.

2. Rules for Using This Site

As a condition of access, you must not:

• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means against the pages
• Interfere with site performance or another person's access
• Attempt unauthorized entry into any system or account
• Use site information to stalk, threaten, or harass a person

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

Registry data is published for community awareness, never for retaliation, vigilantism, or discriminatory decisions. Nebraska Public Records Law, Neb. Rev. Public access does not authorize misuse.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA and do not create credit reports, background checks, or other consumer reports. Our advertising partners do not offer tools here for evaluating applicants, renters, insurance risk, or credit. You may not use site data or linked tools to:

• Make any other decision regulated by the FCRA
• Determine eligibility for a license, permit, or government benefit
• Assess creditworthiness or establish an insurance premium
• Evaluate a rental or housing applicant
• Make a hiring or termination decision
